We are looking for someone to assist our production manager to produce health food products in our Bondi Junction facility.

We need someone who is a fast worker, has common sense, has excellent communication skills (speaks English well), shows initiative and is reliable and trustworthy.

Experience with HACCP manufacturing and production scheduling would be highly regarded and wages will reflect experience.

Tasks will include:

- mixing and baking breads

- mixing and rolling chocolates

- chopping vegetables

- labeling and packaging products

- preparing products for delivery to retailers (including analysing invoices)

- achieving daily production targets

- Comply with good manufacturing practices and good hygiene practices.

PLEASE note: this role requires some HEAVY LIFTING capability (up to 25kg).
