[Booking / CSR_Customer Service Representative Coordinator]

1. Company : Shipping / Logistics

2. Duties and Responsibilities

· To control and carry out all customer service and support CSR / Documentation manager

· Timely input bookings in HMM internal system, issuance of booking confirmation and container releases

· Ensure timely response to booking requests received via email or other device

· Ensure a high level of customer service at the counter, phone or via internet messages at all times including required presentation formats

· Assist import and export documentation part as / when required

· Serve at counter as / when required to expedite export and import clearances and ensuring correct payment of freight and charges are made prior to release of import/export documents

· Provide back up to staff members as / when required and when workload allows
